Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved three rounds: a technical interview, a managerial interview where they'll test your program logic, and an HR round. They also asked about my projects and Kendo UI.

I went through three technical interviews, each lasting two hours. The first focused on sp.net, the second on SQL server, and the third on aptitude. The first two rounds were mostly coding exercises done directly in notepad, without an IDE. I got an offer but turned it down because of the location and the need for immediate joining.

I cleared two technical rounds for the senior software developer role at Altera and nailed the questions in the managerial round. I was really happy with how things went, but I was surprised and disappointed to be rejected in the final round. HR didn't even give me a clear reason for the rejection.
