It was pretty chill, the person interviewing me had a list of questions about my background and why I think I'm a good fit. They didn't ask tricky questions like 'what's your best and worst trait'.
Two 30-minute Zoom interviews, back-to-back. They mostly wanted to learn more about me, my background, and things on my resume. They also wanted to understand what different roles involved.
The interview process for this finance internship is pretty thorough. First, they look at your resume and cover letter to screen you. If you pass that, you'll have behavioral interviews to see how you interact with people and if you fit in. Then, there are technical interviews to test your finance knowledge and how you solve problems. Sometimes, they give you a case study to work on and present your ideas. The last part is meeting with the higher-ups to check if you're a good fit for the company's future and values.
