I had a phone call and then a video call. They were pretty straightforward, we talked about my profile and the job. Then I got a yes or no about a week later, also by phone.
Pour ce que j'ai compris du premier appel : Il y aura un appel téléphonique de pré-qualification pour vérifier les infos de base (disponibilité, salaire, compétences, etc.) Ensuite, un entretien en visio pour valider le profil, j'estime que ça durera environ 1h. Et enfin, un entretien sur site avec le responsable recrutement.
I went through five interviews, with two in-person ones that I was called for with no warning. I didn't get any feedback at any point. The job postings are listed as 'confidential company' and they don't even send an automated rejection. Honestly, it was one of the most disorganized and disrespectful interview experiences I've had.
