Candidate-reported interview process

After submitting your application, they'll reach out to you. If you're a recent graduate, you'll have a straightforward interview with the hiring manager. They'll ask about your university experience in general, your thesis project, and your English skills. Typically, there's another, more specialized interview with the client for the project.

First, there was a phone call, then some interviews with the project manager, and a presentation about a project to check my skills, motivation, career path, and if I fit the job.

Initial contact with HR was great, but then the hiring manager wasn't very convincing when presenting the role or the company, seemed quite hesitant. It's a shame because the role initially looked good, but then you get a sense of the atmosphere, like we're just pieces of meat.
