I had an interview with ALTEN Belgium. After applying, I was contacted for an initial phone call with the HR manager, followed by a second video call with the same manager. Then, I had a video call in English with two managers (one technical and one HR).
They offer good positions but the salaries are low. The interview was easy and comfortable. They describe the tasks required by their clients.
It was a 4 stage interview process that had multiple rounds of questions. The questions were designed to find the best candidate. I really enjoyed the process and everyone was very nice at the end.
