ALTEN Frontend Engineer interviews, decoded.

The HR process was terrible. They offered a low salary (40K for a Senior role), but I continued due to the remote possibility and Vue. They called 50 minutes late for an 11:00 call without apologizing. They stated that asking for 45K was too much and only achievable for highly expert candidates, which is expected for a Senior role. After 3 days with no news, I received a generic, poorly written email stating they liked my profile and would contact me, without explaining the rejection or reasons. I honestly think they need to change their HR team; they are a complete disaster.

It was a simple and confidential technical interview. We started with basics and moved to slightly more specific questions, but not in great detail. However, I didn't like the project and decided to pursue other opportunities.

I had an interview with Alten, it was a really long process. Initially, the staff seemed interested in me, but then they disappeared without any communication. I waited to hear back in the following days, but nothing happened; they didn't even respond to my emails.
