The company presented itself, and they proposed a job opportunity for me to join a project. After that, they asked some technical questions regarding the data acquisition chain from analog to digital, types of serial communications, ADCs/DACs, and digital processing systems.
This was an introductory call, not based on real skills. They force you into their training program, like an internship, with the goal of placing you in a role chosen by Alten. There's a big salary difference between what Alten perceives and what they offer the employee.
I had an interview with the project manager and it went well. They asked me if I could complete a programming test in a specific language, which I accepted as I'm very proficient in it.
