I had a first call with HR after applying to a job posting on the Alten website. Then I had an interview with a business manager. Finally, there was an online Python test that took about an hour.
The interview had two calls. The first call was introductory, where a manager explained how the company works. The second call focused more on me and my educational background.
The first interview was with HR, but the HR representative did not show up, so the interview was unsuccessful because the representative did not call. Very disappointed with the recruitment process, especially since the company itself reached out to me.
