Candidate-reported interview process

I was contacted by a recruiter via a generic message. Then there was a phone call where they asked me basic questions about my CV. They also asked me to fill out a skills form, which they apparently didn't read before the interview. The result was: 'we like your profile, we'll get back to you.' Then silence. It's an impersonal process, typical of Alten (and its competitors, to be fair).

There were phone calls and then video calls. For the final hiring, it's done on-site, and then the same process for the host company but more serious. Lots of calls and video calls for nothing, plus a big lack of seriousness from the Alten staff.

Two remote technical tests in Python and Java, followed by an HR interview. The HR interview included a lengthy explanation of internal processes (mentioning V-cycle, which is outdated) and how consultants are managed.
