I was contacted via LinkedIn and had a phone call with the recruiter on a Sunday morning. The call was mainly about understanding the job, and they didn't ask too many questions, mostly about my experience in tenders and procurement. It was quite straightforward, although the contractual conditions presented later were a bit different.
