HR reached out to me and screened me. Then, interviews were scheduled with the Sales Managers for the following week. I'm still waiting to hear back. Not sure if I got the job or if they've already offered it to someone else.

I applied for a job online for a Bilingual Spanish Inside Sales Rep role. The whole process from applying to getting an interview took about a week. When I went for the interview, they mentioned they were actually looking for someone who spoke French. It was weird because they invited me to interview without checking my resume first to see that I only speak Spanish.

It was a short, simple interview with basic questions about travel and qualifications. I estimate it was around 30 minutes. Honestly, I didn't feel like they took me seriously. I had the right qualifications, background, and knew the company well, but the interview felt like they were just going through the motions. I was hoping for something more direct.
