Candidate-reported interview process

The whole thing took me about 2 weeks. First week, the hiring manager gave me a call for a one-on-one chat. Since that went pretty well, HR then set up some more interviews for me the next week. These interviews were all one-on-one too, there were three of them. First I met with the Plant Manager, then the Materials Purchasing Manager, and finally, I chatted with the Quality Engineer I'd be working with.

I connected with the company at my university's career fair. Later that evening, there was a company dinner where I could mingle with other engineers. Following the dinner, interviews were offered. The following week involved plant tours, and I got the offer about 10 days after that.

I applied at the university job fair and got a first round interview with an Engineer and an HR rep. They went back and forth asking questions, so one could note my answer while the other moved on. The HR rep asked common job interview questions. The Engineer asked more technical questions to see if I was a fit for Design, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering. I got an offer after two weeks, which I think was delayed because of other job fairs happening.
