Candidate-reported interview process

It's a four stage process. It includes calling referees, an initial screening, a written exercise, and then an expert interview. You'll face several panelists via Zoom from home.

Can't share tons of info, but solving real-world problems is a big part of the interviews. They also do behavioral questions to see if you'd be a good fit for the role.

They had me go through a few rounds of interviews, mostly behavioral, and then some case study interviews. The case studies varied, from quick thinking problems to deep dives into one of their investments, where I had to explain the good and bad points and decide if they should invest.
