It took them weeks to get back to me between interviews, and I had to keep checking in. The third interview, with the COO, didn't even involve questions for me; he just spent the whole time talking about himself.

It was a process with multiple steps, including several calls with recruiters, and then two team calls. Some questions were based on examples, but generally, the questions asked weren't too hard or surprising.

This took over 2 months with many interviews. It ended with a meeting with their CMO. But she said she didn't read my resume and I was surprised that after a long process, she wasn't prepared for our short meeting. It's unprofessional for an Exec to be so unprepared.
