Alta Planning + Design Interview Questions

It was a pretty standard interview process for a smaller company. First, I had a screening with the recruiter, and then a virtual video call with the hiring manager. They asked normal questions, and everyone was really kind and respectful.

It started with a quick call from the recruiter, then I had to do a take-home coding test using vue.js, leaflet mapping, and GIS data. After that, there was a technical interview with the team to go over the coding challenge and talk about the job. Finally, I had an interview with the business team and then they did a reference check.

Had an initial screening with HR at their main office in Portland. The interviewer really liked my professional experience, technical skills, and education. They said I'd be a good fit and promised a second interview, but I never heard back after that. Applying with low expectations.
