Candidate-reported interview process

a normal hiring process for an international company. There is a visa stage that might take longer than expected, but the company's legal department provides assistance. This is a hiring process for a company undergoing significant changes.

Phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the N+1. The office is an open space, very quiet and silent. The atmosphere is a bit cold. The recruiter was very nice and supportive regarding professional development.

I had separate interviews with HR and the reporting manager. They were nice, but the job description wasn't clear, and there's been a lot of turnover. I actually quit soon after accepting because the environment was really toxic.
