Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process has 3 stages. First, a 15-minute call with HR. Then, an onsite meeting with the manager. Finally, a video call to differentiate between the top 2 candidates.

I applied and within three weeks I got an invite for an interview with the Project Manager. He said he'd let me know about interview slots, which he did about a week later, asking if I could interview the next day.

There are five interviews in total to complete over several weeks. This includes an analysis and an interview in English, with a summary to be done in English. The process is very, very, very long.
