Eu tive uma conversa com o recrutador e ele disse que eu fui aprovado. Ele disse que enviaria meu currículo para a próxima fase e que me daria um retorno em até 3 dias. Não houve resposta.
The first step was a phone call, which I passed easily. After that, I had an in-person interview with the production manager. It seemed like a good match, but I ended up getting rejected. I'm not sure why, and I'm pretty upset about it.
The recruitment process was really smooth and quite fast. HR support was good. It was an on-campus interview. The interviewers were nice and supportive, not at all intimidating.
