Candidate-reported interview process

The interview experience was negative. The HR interviewer asked about my salary expectations and then quickly ended the interview after hearing them. The offered pay was much lower than the market rate for this role.

I applied on the Alstom website and got a call back about three weeks later. I had two interview sessions, two weeks apart, with HR and the Hiring Manager. The interviewers were really nice and friendly.

I had 3 rounds in my interview process. First was a recruiter call, then a manager interview, and finally a director interview. The interviews were technical, focusing on issues I had faced and solutions I provided. The process included preliminary interviews, in-person interviews, and I was eventually selected. There were 3 rounds in total, with the recruiter, manager, and director, and the questions were mainly technical.
