ALSTOM Graduate Program interviews, decoded.

It was a 4 stage process. First, an aptitude test which I cleared. Then a group discussion and a technical interview, both of which I cleared. All these were conducted on the same day. The last stage was an HR interview, but they didn't get to interview me due to time constraints.

So the interview process had this mcq test with 3 parts. The first part was general questions, the second part had CSE questions, and the third part was logical reasoning and vocabulary. You have 90 minutes total for the test. After that, they'll shortlist and we have a physical interview, which I haven't attended yet.

After submitting the application, candidates first take a skills assessment to gauge their abilities. Then, an assessment centre follows, which includes both in-person and online interviews with potential coworkers and managers. The interviews were relaxed and engaging. The interviewers were very humble and friendly. Their easy-going manner likely helps candidates feel comfortable and be themselves.
