Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process took three months, but it all went smoothly. The questions asked were relevant, nothing surprising. The HR team showed they know what they want, treating candidates with respect and professionalism.

The HR and managers were very friendly and direct. HR followed up closely after the interview. They provided the job offer and benefits details on paper so we could see them in black and white, instead of having to look them up later in a PowerPoint or employee handbook.

Four interview rounds in total. First was an intro to the job description, requirements, and the position. Second was a full technical round and discussion of areas of interest. Third was for confirming and negotiating salary. The final HR round confirmed the joining date and relocation assistance.
