I applied for a job in the Netherlands, but they ghosted me for 8 months before rejecting me. It was a terrible hiring process from the outside looking in. Alstom really needs to step up their game with their hiring platform and how they manage applications.
The interview process started with a call with the hiring manager, followed by a case study that needed to be presented to the whole team. The whole process took about 2 months.
the process was very slow, it had 4 rounds, it took around 2 months without counting the month it took to be contacted for the first interview, otherwise the interviews were more like a conversation so it was cool.
