Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring manager (service manager) seemed really tired, like yawning a lot, rubbing his face, checking emails, and even taking a call during the interview. He wasn't very professional and seemed checked out, barely making eye contact and looking distracted.

Jim McIntire and John Hester were great to interview for. They asked thoughtful questions and listened to the answers and you could tell they were listening. I felt at ease will their interview.

I was interviewed by the general manager and service manager. They gave me scenarios where I would have to handle upset customers, and also deal with production assistance and delivering products to customer locations.
