Candidate-reported interview process

They asked a few questions, trying to understand my proactivity and how much I knew about teamwork, what my difficulties were in getting a job, what my laboratory routine was like, and how organized and proactive I am.

I sent my CV via LinkedIn and then they contacted me for an interview. I did it in person with the manager and HR. After that, I received the acceptance. It was very calm and welcoming.

The interview was online, it lasted less than 20 minutes, and it was very relaxed. They didn't ask about strengths and weaknesses, only what would objectively be relevant for the role. There wasn't much room for questions.
