There was a chemistry and microbiology knowledge test. If approved, there would be an interview with the sector manager. During the interview, questions were asked about academic background, the reason for participating in the selection process, and whether there was prior experience in the area.
The process was calm, but the response time is very slow. The questions are quite general and align with what is typically asked everywhere. I really liked it and hope to get this opportunity.
It was great, very well conducted. The team was attentive, and the professionals were great. Als is truly a company of excellence, and the selection process was very objective. They didn't take long to get back with an answer, and I hope to return one day for future opportunities.
