Candidate-reported interview process

It was a good and easy process. They were nice and helped with any questions I had. It wasn't an analytical interview or full of trick questions, it was mostly about me. The interviewers were very nice and personable.

Had a couple of quick phone interviews and then a laid-back in-person one. It was pretty informal, and the interviewer seemed more interested in how I'd fit with the team than my actual experience or skills.

There were two interviews. The first one was with the office manager. The second interview was also with the office manager, but this time along with three supervisors and a vice president. The questions were straightforward, asking about specific scenarios or situations related to success or failure.
