It was a 2-part interview. The first part was an introduction to the job, focusing on how I handle underperforming employees and my methods for planning tasks in advance. The second interview focused on my experience interacting with other managers and senior stakeholders.
The interviews might involve talking with different people from the team, and they'll check my technical skills, how I work with others, and if I'd fit in. I was also asked about a made-up situation to see how I'd understand and solve problems.
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. They were very considerate and accommodating regarding candidate availability, offering flexibility and a positive environment. Communication was clear and effective. Just note that they don't schedule interviews on Saturdays.
