Candidate-reported interview process

I met with several teachers on the team, and it was a great experience. They asked me questions to get to know me and about my teaching style. I also got to learn about what makes their school special.

The interview process was very professional. I met with a principal and vice principal who were great at getting to know me and ultimately offered me a position that fit my skills. Later in the process, I had a follow-up phone meeting with the department head. The application website was also easy to navigate.

So the interview process has two parts. First, you'll chat with the principal or vice principal, and it's more about asking questions. Then, the second interview involves you making a mock lesson and teaching it to a panel, and you also have to do a mock intervention meeting in front of the panel. The panel might include the principal, vice principal, or the team you'd be joining.
