It was a 4 round process. The first few were very behavioral. They asked some technical finance questions and a few brain teasers. Nothing too difficult. They asked a lot of sourcing questions.
It was mostly basic behavioral questions and some questions about private equity to test your knowledge. There weren't many technical questions, the focus was more on the candidate and their fit with the company culture and the team.
The first round was a standard behavioral interview, but they asked some pretty detailed questions. Then, the second round involved looking at some Excel spreadsheets to decide whether to invest in a company, covering both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
