Candidate-reported interview process

The first round was entirely behavioural, focusing on questions like your experience working in a team, your proudest accomplishment, and what your teachers and managers would say about you.

There are 3-4 rounds which all lead up to a superday. The first round is a call to get to know you. They will fly you out for a superday where you'll speak to 6-7 people.

I interviewed for this role about six months ago, and the process might be different now. It involved talking to a junior team member, a mid-level manager, and a senior manager. The interviews tested my problem-solving skills, included a short case study, and some behavioral questions.
