Candidate-reported interview process

Great interview process. The caddie master, Dustin, is great, and his assistant is great as well. It's a very well-run organization for outside operations. The interview was easy; just be friendly and ready to learn!

They really look at your resume and check your skills. Make sure you can talk about your resume and answer situational questions. Being professional is super important here and they value it a lot. It's good to be honest and ask questions so you know what the job is really about. They have high standards for service, so get ready to meet big expectations right away.

The interview was brief and felt good. The manager was nice and took the time to get to know you and see if you'd be a good fit.
