Alphatec Spine Interview Questions

The interview itself was alright. They didn't ask any Leetcode questions, just traditional engineering stuff. It was tough but fair. What really got me was the super low pay, barely above minimum wage, which is wild for an internship, especially one using C++. And then they had the nerve to say 'we don't negotiate with interns' when I brought it up. Guess they want someone desperate. Honestly, I'd tell people to save their time.

The interview process began with a call from the recruiter, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager. The final stage involved a full-day onsite interview with approximately ten people, which was quite draining. Despite the effort, I didn't receive an offer in the end.

Fake interview, one round. Regular setup to schedule the phone call. The interviewer kept congratulating me saying "good, very good" in a low voice, after all of my answers. I passed that first round easily. This was a fake interview before the first round.
