The interview process starts with an HR call, followed by a technical screen. If you pass those, there's one more HR round, and if you get selected after that, your future is set.
This was a face-to-face interview that included a scheduled walk-in and also happened through references. They were looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications or another ERP, and good communication skills. An offer letter would be given right away, and the rest of the hiring process would be handled via email and phone. They cover H1B visa costs and relocation expenses.
It's a three step process. You apply to the company. Then, there's a telephonic interview that's technical in nature and gauges your technical acumen. After that, a face to face interview which assesses how you handle clients, your attitude in the workplace, and your implementation skills. Finally, an offer would be made.
