Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included a hiring manager screen and a recruiter screen on the same day, each lasting 30 minutes. This was followed by a 45-minute portfolio review. Round 3 involved a take-home challenge with a 45-minute presentation, and a final 15-minute recruiter call. They responded very quickly after the first two rounds, within a day, but it took about a week to hear back after the final round.

I didn't interview too well, I was nervous after a long time. I didn't like that they sent a generic reject, and I got no feedback even after asking the recruiter.

The hiring process involved 3 stages. Initially, there were 2 consecutive meetings, one with HR and another with the hiring manager. The subsequent stage involved presenting a case study. Finally, a take-home design challenge was assigned, which needed to be presented, followed by a final discussion with HR.
