Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was very casual and informal - get to know you stage. The second stage is more about research and your deep knowledge about the company, what they do, and how you would fit in with your future career plans.

The interview process was good. They'll give you materials to prep for each round, so reading and understanding them really helps. The interviews went well overall. The behavioral round and the mock call were a bit challenging.

The process started with an initial phone screening with HR. Following that, there was a more in-depth HR interview focusing on your motivations for applying to AlphaSights and a self-introduction. If successful, the next step involved a real-life case study simulating the actual job responsibilities, with all instructions provided beforehand and clear expectations. The entire process moved quite swiftly.
