Candidate-reported interview process

HR contacted me first. After they screen your CV, they will decide whether to invite you for the interview or not. The first interview was on the phone with an HR, who was late for the interview.

The first part of the interview process is a 15-minute phone call. The interviewer will ask you some questions to see if you're a good fit for the job. They'll want to know about your experience, skills, and why you want to work here. Make sure you research AlphaSights and the role before you chat.

Had one short HR call and then a longer HR video interview. All questions were standard behavioral ones. The HR person was kind of boring, felt like I was talking to a robot, and I don't know why I didn't move forward.
