AlphaSights Consultant interviews, decoded.

I've been contacted over 30 times from Alphasights. I've responded to about a dozen of those inquiries/opportunities. I've had 5 or so interviews with Alphasight associates for various different consulting opportunities. After each interview, the associate agrees to move forward with a conversation with their client. But that's when I get ghosted. A follow up with the client never happens, the associates never responds to any follow up email, basically nothing happens. It's not only unprofessional but borderline rude. If you ever get pinged by Alphasights because "your background fits perfectly with an opportunity for one of their clients", don't bother wasting your time.

They really want you to know their BREAD process. It really seems like a glorified call center. They ask you about where you see yourself in X number of years.

started with an intro interview, then did two case studies. One was live where I got 10 mins to prep. Put work into the studies, but they barely asked about them. Then there was a final interview.
