Candidate-reported interview process

Had one initial behavioral interview, a 40 min phone call, then a brief case interview. It was more situations and behavioral questions than an actual case, lasting about an hour. Finally, there was a one-hour interview with the VP. The interviews were pretty straightforward, focusing a lot on your fit with Alphasights and showing your interest. The final interview was mainly about long term goals and fit.

The hiring process began with a recruiter screening call, then a video call featuring case-based questions, and concluded with a third and final round. Although advertised as an entry-level position, the case questions were quite challenging, demanding knowledge beyond what a typical college graduate would possess without external resources or prior account management experience. I'd recommend researching examples online or connecting with professionals for preparation.

I applied on Linkedin and got contacted a few days later. I then had a phone chat with the HR manager. They asked me 3 questions in English and 3 in Japanese.
