Candidate-reported interview process

Had a quick call with a representative to go over my resume. Then, there was a part about the client's situation, the info they gave, and how I'd find candidates and explain how we could help. After that, I interviewed with a high-level company person (like a VP or supervisor) about myself and how I'd respond to certain situations.

The interview process felt robotic, with no sense of company culture. It seemed pointless to research the company or talk about yourself, as they weren't interested. My interest in the company dropped significantly right after the interview, and I don't see a future with them.

Campus recruitment has three steps. First, a phone call screening with HR that was mostly behavior-based questions. Second, an on-campus case interview with a Manager; the cases were pretty straightforward. Third, an interview with a Senior Manager.
