Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved really interesting chats. There was a behavioral part plus a simulation case. If you get what the job's about and you're into it, you'll probably do well. It was two rounds total, the first was all behavioral, and the second round had both behavioral and case elements.

The first interview was a self-recorded video where I had to answer basic questions about my skills and do an introduction. After that, I had an interview with an HR person who asked me about AlphaSight's methodology and values. Unfortunately, I didn't get past that interview.

It was a good experience overall. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel at ease. It started with a pre-screen interview, followed by a two-hour interview with the manager and VP.
