Candidate-reported interview process

Had 4 interviews total, some with current SDRs, management, and other sales team members. Some questions were repeated, but that's pretty common. The last round was pretty cool because I got to chat with someone who is actually an SDR on the team right now.

The interviews were really smooth and informative. Everyone I spoke with was super down-to-earth and energetic. They kept me updated the whole way through on what was next and where things stood.

I don't usually write about interview processes because it feels like a waste of time, but this company seriously wasted more of my time than anything else. If you're into doing case studies with barely any direction and don't mind getting rejected even after impressing your potential manager, then maybe this process is for you. Otherwise, STAY AWAY FROM ALPHA SENSE.
