Candidate-reported interview process

The process was pretty straightforward and fast, finishing in about two weeks. I spoke with team members, managers, and a VP. Part of the interviews involved giving a short presentation using materials they provided.

The interview process felt really tedious and disorganized, with no clear point of contact on the talent team. The third stage was awkward because the interviewer had their camera off during the case study presentation. I didn't receive any feedback unless I reached out myself. Overall, it was a very disorganized interviewing experience.

It was a really long interview process. There were 4 stages and I spoke with seven different people. The last round required a 45-minute presentation. In the first round, the interviewer canceled 15 minutes before it was supposed to start, and when we rescheduled for a few days later, they missed it because they got the time difference wrong.
