AlphaSense Account Manager interviews, decoded.

I applied online to AlphaSense and got contacted by a recruiter about a week later. The recruiter during the phone screen seemed to be just checking off boxes for certain requirements. When I tried asking about the role, team, or company, the recruiter responded with 'the hiring manager can talk more about that.' While that might be true, I was applying to many jobs then and this was the only one where I felt unprepared after the call. A few days after, another recruiter contacted me to set up 3 interviews back to back, but I decided not to move forward due to my experience in the initial phone screen.

First, there was a call with the recruiter. Then, on one day, I had 3 calls - 2 with hiring managers and 1 with a current rep. After that, there was another call with a 3rd potential manager. Finally, I had a 45 minute case study / role play and presentation.

It was about 3 to 4 rounds, mostly covering basic stuff and then a role play. No tests or anything, so it was easier than most I've done before, but definitely not the easiest.
