Candidate-reported interview process

I was asked about my previous skills at my last Sign Company. The Interviewer Valued Collaboration, and walked me through the plan for the requested position. There was an initial interview, and a secondary walk through the location, equipment, and the projects that is projected to handle, as well as the expectations of the job.

Around 12 candidates came for a group interview. The questions they threw at us were super weird and didn't really connect to the actual job. It seemed like nobody from the group got hired because that same job opening kept showing up on Indeed for months after.

The interview didn't go as well as I'd hoped, and I didn't get the job. I'm not sure if they liked my style, but I gave it my all. They were still very complimentary though. I'd apply again.
