AlphaFlow Interview Questions

The interview process was really unprofessional. I made time for all three interviews, but then they just ghosted me, which I found to be the most unprofessional thing a company can do. Their website is super outdated with wrong info too. Just a bad experience overall.

First, I had a call with a recruiter. It was a really good and conversational chat, which put me at ease since she was easy to talk to. Then, I interviewed with the Associate Director. We had great and interesting conversations, and they were super helpful in answering my questions about the company. The final part of the process was presenting a project I had spent an hour working on.

Had four interviews, each about 25-30 minutes. The last one involved a presentation of an assignment. They ghost you instead of telling you if you didn't get the job, which felt like a waste of time. Everyone seemed to be faking smiles during the interviews.
