Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and professional. The interviewer answered all my questions, although I wasn't interested in company policies. We wrapped up the interview nicely. There will be another interview.

It was 3 interviewers for me. They asked a bunch of questions that really dug into the weak spots on my resume and experience. For a co-op role, they expected a lot of industry experience. Most of the interview was just working through a probability word problem that didn't even relate to the job.

HR contacted me first to schedule an interview. The interview included several exams: English reading and writing, professional/technical exams, and personality assessments. After the exams, I had a face-to-face interview with the department head, the sales department head, and the VP. Finally, HR discussed salary and benefits with me.
