The interview process involved a substantial take-home project that I had to build from scratch and submit within a week. After submitting, it took me 19 days of persistent follow-ups with both the recruiter and the interviewer to finally receive feedback that I was not selected for the offer. It was quite frustrating, especially after investing so much time in the take-home, to have such a long delay in getting a response. If I hadn't kept in touch, I might not have heard back at all.

The interview process was good, with open communication and straightforward questions. I didn't feel pressured, and it was easy to get through. The onboarding was also quick and smooth.
