The interview process at Alpha was great. First, I had a phone interview, and then the next day I went in for an in-person interview. It took about three weeks from my interviews until I got an offer.

After you apply, you'll get a call about when to come in for an interview. When you get there, several managers will sit you down and ask you questions, like a firing squad. It's a bit intimidating, but they try to make you feel comfortable. They'll let you know soon after if they're interested. After that, there are two weeks of training.
