3 rounds in one day, it was a really long day. Started with a pre-screening, then a 50-minute group interview where we went over the business plan, and ended with a phone call with the owner.
The hiring process started with an initial interview where, despite being allowed to ask questions, no specifics about the job, pay, or benefits were disclosed. The interviewer seemed to imply the role might involve door-to-door sales and asked about my motivation. I was told I would meet with someone named Nelson for a more detailed discussion about the position in a second interview. Following this, I received multiple confirmation requests via email, text, and phone calls, to which I responded affirmatively. However, during any of these communications, the fact that the second interview would be a group interview was never mentioned, which I found unacceptable as a candidate.
There were three interviews. The first one was with the office manager, and it was quick and simple. The second interview was much longer, almost like a presentation, and the third one was a phone call with one of the partners.
