I had my first interview today at 3:05PM with Alex. It was a great experience. I arrived 30 minutes early and Sol from the front desk greeted me warmly. Alex was full of energy. There are multiple stages to narrow down candidates. As you progress, the interviews become more in-depth, and you get to see more of the company.

Applied for a Team Leader role and the process took two days. The overall vibe was good. I was looking for B2B and B2C sales roles, and this interview process was what I expected. The second part involved an in-house PowerPoint presentation and then a 30-minute test on Direct Marketing and Sales knowledge.

The interviewer explained everything about the company and career growth really well. It's a tough interview process but you feel good when you get the job. They don't care about your grades, it's all about what you can do. Everyone gets a fair shot to show their skills.
